Cleansing, toning, moisturizing is the very first step towards your skin care regimen and I am sure, every woman out there knows about it. You are working, you have to get up at 6.am in the morning, I wonder if you are even able to get your beauty sleep. So, how to take time from such a hectic schedule. No worries, we have some instant beauty tips for you to take care of your skin and look rejuvenated every morning.

Get up with a glass of water

You have only 15 minutes, but no one asked you to do things for 15 minutes continuously. So, start caring for your skin as soon as you get up. A glass of warm water with a drop of honey and lemon is just perfect for waking up your skin in the morning. It even works on your weight. So, beauty along with weight loss—not a bad deal.

Before shower: Exfoliate and Face mask

I don’t know if you get time for exfoliation everyday, but I suggest, you must take 5 minutes every week to exfoliate your skin. Honey is a magical ingredient for skincare and health as well. By mixing honey, yogurt and sugar, you get an absolute exfoliater, apply it atleast twice a week. I hope, you can take out that much time.

Face mask:

Sesame oil, honey, yogurt, banana, avocado, olive oil will make a natural and age defying face mask. But you don’t have to mix everything together:

Whisk one tablespoon of yogurt and sesame oil and apply it to your face. Mash a banana and mix honey with it and apply it to your skin. Combine 2 tablespoons of mashed avocado, 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of calendula petals. Leave the mixture on your face for 10 minutes before rinsing it off.

While shower: Skip Soaps

Skip use of soaps with heavy deodorants and go with soaps that contains added fat. The added fat in soap leaves a moisturizing layer on your skin after your shower is over. Your skin will feel smooth and healthy unlike harsh chemical soaps. You can also use gel based shower gels instead of body washes.

After shower: Cleansing, toning and moisturizing

After showering with warm water, cleanse your face with a good quality cleanser and gently massage it on your face. Avoid cleansers that have drying ingredients like deodorants, colors or fragrances.

Now pour some toner onto some cotton ball and rub it over your face until no excess dirt remains.

Last step is to apply a good moisturizer containing natural oils such as rosemary and almonds. Make sure, your moisturizer have with SPF15 or more to prevent premature aging. Moisturizers containing humectants like glycerin, propylene glycol or urea are the best choice for dry skin.

Excluding shower, these tips wouldn’t take any extra minute of your routine and you’ll be ready to kill the crowd. You haven’t got enough time to do all this, but, by waking up just 15 minutes early, you are all set to go. And if you follow this routine regularly, you won’t require anything else to look just as gorgeous as you are.
